# 2 Operations and Planning
O.M.N.I. is currently working to reform our American Assembly with the help of
such patrons as the spaceboys among others. This conference will be along the
lines as was taken with John Boland of Irelands ministry of public service; when
implementing their first ombudsman. who when first approached said frankly he
knew nothing about this system. Mr. Boland replied; welcome to the club we know
nothing about it either. This exploratory panel will consider chosen, named and
honored patrons to be on the council along with drafting a charter to be voted
on. Officially summoned these patrons are to facilitate as to give credence to
forming a council. All of the work will be volunteered by members of the republic
as forming a council anew is our duty; once established this assembly will be
funded by Congress. We eagerly await a meeting with their reps.. This petition
to reassemble this assembly already has a nemine vote by everyone in this country
as there are no detractors to having an oversight commission. We are hoping to
get a call back by February. This should not be a challenge for us as 40 nations
have already signed on, saving them trillions in treasure. What they have that
we do not is a council of patrons. As it stands now all we have is Pelosi to guard
against malministers. Chancellor Pelosi is our only guard? It would seem so unless
you include Tommy Tam but he is slated for indictment, as ombudsmen are not yet
defined in law. It’s easy, just get it on a ballot measure. There will be no
opposition advertisements as there are no detractors. Dwight D. Eisenhower was
honorary chairmen of a venerable assembly of patrons. It is my hope that Howard
Zinn resumes this posting, also nominated are Martin Sheen as President and of
our academy Scott Ritter as commander. Gary Nulls video production to record the

impute, and reproof malministers such as Junior Senator Joe McCarthy every day.
. With encouragement from this networks staff we ended the McCarthy era. Category
of Membership: $ 150 - Voting Membership (An incumbent public sector Ombudsman,
or paid or unpaid staff member of an Ombudsman office of a public official who
performs the Ombudsman function. $ 125- Associate Membership (Any person who is
committed to promoting and encouraging the purposes of USOA.) Honorary Memberships
are free to seniors or students on fixed incomes who wish to promote our purposes
Ombudsman for children, or Barnombudsmannen. Observes matters affecting the rights
and interests of young people; as in Erin Brockovich where the state moves in
to remove your children for fear your giving them nose bleeds. Handikappombudsmannen
looks after the rights of our disabled. Since 1st of March 2002 equal treatment
of students at universities, named Jamstalldhetsombudsmannen, or Jamo for short.
Unauthorized improvements were made to the aforesaid so as to show the USOA funds
generated from this site, so they can justify the positive votes needed to set
O.M.N.I. on foot. So please replace Murrows name with yours and send this in with
your annual dues. Authorized improvements will be forthcoming. We bring in these
new guards or we depend on Barack to go up against all of our malministers by
himself ‘surrounded with poor choices’ from an office not equipped with N.C.I.S.
paraphernalia and appurtenances. Ours is a system of self-governance with a given
duty to participate by Ben Franklin and our other patrons; handing this duty over
to one man is irresponsible to say the least. Barack is counting on us to have
a watchful eye upon those responsible for our security. Refer to inaugural speech.

also a stand with Public Citizen in their concerns over Baracks cabinet picks.
Reasoning behind his poor choices for now eludes us, causing us to remain ever
vigilant while we support our new President. Barack speaks of amounts of time
needed to undue the damage. The Ombudsman System promises to excel this time amount
by half. Are we the people going to adopt this system? The choice is ours, choose
quickly as our cadets will need your consent in the form of a mandate by years
end.
