# 3 Administration defined
O.M.N.I. Administration administers a natural balance to our increasing rat population.
Webster’s defines administration as dispensing or tendering to another, esp,
according to a prescribed formula or rite. A rite is a prescribed form of conducting
a ceremony as Catholics of the latin rite and the administration of justice, an
oath a sacrament. A sacrament is an oath as in compurgation also a spiritual covenant
as between god and man also ceremonies distinguished in Christian rites as instituted
or recognized by Christ. Websters lists seven sacraments one of which is extreme
unction, which is a quality of language that excites or expresses sober and fervent
emotion. To tender as an oath defines an administer who applies as a remedy, to
give as a dose or something beneficial, hence to give by way of punishment or
reproof. To contribute, to bring aid or supplies, to minister, to manage affairs.
To act as a manager, to furnish help or be of service. A minister acts as an attendant
or agent, to attend to do things needful or helpful, to aid, to administer, to
dispense as a sacrament. Any person thought of as serving as the agent of some
power or force, as a minister of evil. To give help esp to serve as a nurse. Administrations
are persons collectively entrusted with the execution of laws. This is an oath,
a sacrament, a covenant, which is an undertaking or promise of legal validity.
The common law form of action to recover damages for breach of such a contract.
A covenant is also the promises of god as revealed in the scriptures, also to
enter into a formal agreement, promise, pledge, and oath of office. This oath
is to benefit we the people, the covenantee to whom the promise was made. Ombudsmen
are the guardians to see to it that all administrations live up to the oaths they
have taken to keep us secure in an era when we are overrun with rats. Ombudsmen
operate under the winning formula of the Swiss which uses extreme unction on these
malministers hence; giving as a dose by way of reproof to those whom have broken
their solemn oath of office, as to squeeze the arrogance out of government by
rite. What are the far reaching implications of being in a system of self governance
without having the benefit of this adopted rite that has been proven to be beneficial
for over two-hundred years?
