           Any one who has been to southern Utah can testify to the fact that there is no place like these lands. These lands are not Cheneys and Bush's! The lands are ours, there ours because there part of our legacy     [ Something coming from an ancestor or predecessor. Dower; real estate of a Patron which the law gives for life to his Matron widow. To supply with a dower; endow. To enrich with anything of the nature of a gift, as a quality or faculty.] There part of the human American legacy.
           No place on earth for anyone as congressman Baird has said; no place on earth can speak to the balance of beauty and nature like these areas. There is so much deception and so much slight of hand here. How would you feel if you had an heirloom [any personal chattel or things held as property, which descends to the heir with the inheritance; hence, any piece of personal property owned by a family for several generations] that was centuries old in your family and someone came in why you were not looking, or they distracted you by creating something over here, and they took it away from you. How would you feel?
           This is not their land, its our land. These are public lands and the B.L.M. is supposed to be protecting those lands on our behalf. [They are landombudsmannnen commissioned as guardian protectors from malministers who would hurt, harm, damage or auction off our heirlooms. As land ombudsmen, attachès of the republic, when it comes to protecting our lands they sit on top of all administrations. If the heads of this bureau auctions off our dower, than they are not plenipotentiaries acting in our interests and should be decommissioned before they allow more of our dower to be erased from existence] Now once these lands are taken away there gone! And gone does'nt come back. So I feel pretty strongly that we have to do everything to stop this. It is'nt a question of trying to talk to them. Forget that! That does'nt work. They have been trashing the environment ever since they came in, almost like they had a duty to do so. But when they trash our lands and not theirs and claim it is their prerogative, it's something pretty criminal. So I say stop it! Enough is enough. Not only will it not serve the purpose they keep stating, it's not going to provide any new energy; it's going to pollute what we already have and its going to take away something that is ours to give to our children and their children. So I feel pretty strongly about this, it's an emotional situation for me, for this to happen. It's criminal! Robert Redford. Kudos to you Robert.            Twenty-seven year old Tim Dechristopher a University student from Salt Lake City disrupted this auction by posing as a potential bidder. Tim says that when you stand up for what is right ,you never stand alone. The Bureau of Land Management must now wait over a month to straighten things out by which time Bush will be gone.            Followers of Milton Friedman and the head of the federal reserve Alan Greenspan who followed Ayn Rand have for thirty years insisted on conducting an experiment within our experiment of trickle down economics in an unregulated market with no congressional watchdogs, [Bill Moyers Journal] results of this experiment have been explained to us by both Naomi Klien and Naomi Wolf. Kudos do go out to philosopher Ayn Rand for devoting her life to developing a very sound and equitable system that allows people to make rational choices for their own life, free from coercion. [ If you choose not to have kids you do not pay for schooling.] Childless people really get annoyed when forced to pay for your kids school.
           Your happiness is secure as everything you do is volitional. If you make an irrational choice you suffer the consequences. It's a self balancing system where markets self regulate or perish. There is no empathy for those who make irrational decisions. But our irrational have much to contribute; we just need to emplace sentries to make sure they do not walk off with our treasures.
           Is it a me system or a we system? This was pointed out by Mike Moore documentary Sicko covering our health-care. For truly rational thought you must be capable of empathy. George Lakoff. So far the only empathy shown by the Bush Administration is towards our poor financial institutions. If someone in power such as Alan Greenspan machinates to benefit the individual he had better benefit all three hundred million of the individuals and not just himself along with his minions. When markets can regulate themselves we can take another look at Ms. Rands system. But most of all if we are to engage in an experiment we must all be let in on it.            As it is now we must depend on such patrons as Naomi to advertise their machinations. Tom Hartmann promotes the fifties model where in return for growing a corporation, they supply your family with enough money to also grow and flourish. Ultimately paying for our schools etc. This experiment was a winning formula which allowed our middle class to prosper. Anyone from anywhere who finds themselves illegally incarcerated by malministers can write to an ombudsman who acts as a father figure to protect the republic and those innocent foreigners whom our maladministrations like to incarcerate and torture.            Ombudsmen are merciless to those who politically imprison Americas sons. Inmates lose their rights to all privacy say one, correspondence with their ombudsman. Prison Wardens, Guards, FBI.- NSA as well as all branches of government are forbidden from opening any correspondence to ombudsmen, as we sit on top of all administrations.
           We have access to nearly all Gov. records with a level 5 - SCI . clearance allowing us to easily track down and make examples of those who would violate this natural law given to patrons. Explanation is simple, our role is that of a parent who regards and looks in on the kids attentively. Machinations of kids spying on the parents for reasons to hurt, harm, or eliminate them so they can do whatever they want would be a perversity in nature. To date no ombudsman have ever been bitten by a rat. All government agencies support this fifth check on government, as they know the first four estates have failed, and don't take kindly to being told by malministers to supply them with forged documents, as with this ombush fiasco. It's not that we would be called in to tell the malminister that he couldn't order such a request. In fact we cannot interfere at all in any conduct of government until a crime has been committed, but we do get to sit in while remaining mute at all their meetings as a republic mandate. It's more of a function of this system that malministers would never consider machinating anything illegal knowing we are around.                       It is the duty of an ombudsman to keep tabs on all government agencies at all times so when his superior [Gibbs] asks for info, the depute is ready.
           We are not so much into the treatment of disease as we are into its prevention. This is because we are fathers in most respects, looking for the best way to deal with our misbehaving sons, explaining why we are so big on hurling invective as to scold. Not to say that we are soft on malministers, for those who go beyond malministry it's safe to say as patronian nemesis agents we have dealt out lengthy prison terms, prosecuting the cases ourselves with no degree in law, lets just say were pissed off parents grounding you for the rest of your public service life or a whole host of other banes or both. This mandate by the republic giving us the power to admonish with the threat of bane has been proven to be most effective in getting malministers to perform as intended. Our mission is to prod malministers into becoming reborn managers of our affairs.            Patrons are not lawyers but that has never stopped us for centuries from dealing with deranged depredators. There are progressive talk show hosts who are presently qualified as ombudsmen,patrons who impute lacking only the commission, having this can they impeach Supreme Court Justices?            This is how nations bring this system on line. I would like Mike a statesman from Atlanta to consider the story of Irelands new paradigm as to get this office on the ballot for Georgians next vote. The voting on this proposition will be in nemine dissentiente, making this state the third in our nation to adopt this stratagem. Our ombudsman from Alaska will come down to help set up this office. It's only because we don't know that we can't alter our present form of governance with this new guard model that we will accomplish something notable. Actually it is our duty.                     [Our Declaration of Independence from Britain gives we the people the duty to alter to any degree of severity a government run a muck] and not of the likes of Pelosi [Pelosi is a nemine agreed upon malminister who has the power to prevent Bush from being impeached] to alter to any degree of severity how it goes. How can we expect corrupt politicians to do our duty, clearly not theirs of altering our corrupt government? Pelosi has usurped our duty and in doing so eliminated our system of self-governance. This ombudsmen plan alters nothing in how government conducts itself; it only includes a cultural attache from this republic to stand guard before all our treasures, life, liberty and the pursuit of realistic sustainable happiness, not this force-fed pabulum of consumerism.                      Our government wants us to intervene on their behalf with a proven world plan that rids them of the few malministers they have or as they like to say, may have so they may function as intended, which is representatives of how we want to be governed. Our government administrations along with us are not happy with the direction we are going.            Andrew Bacevich had a lot to say on this matter with Bill Moyers [a few of our pundits with proven track records] on Public Broadcasting Service. That congressman had not a clue to a solution, but want one. Does the prodigy of this nation want special guardians to protect them? Would you believe a nemine vote on this matter? Ombudsmen are seen and embraced as father figures worldwide.
           Before Mike Mills took on this commission he went through trepidations before he emerged. Let's consider the far-reaching implications of promoting this organic homeostatic remedy. We can choose to do nothing on how it goes letting what's to be, occur or we can choose to effect policy as statesmen for summum bonum.
           Who are we in this area? If reasons compel us to take a course, we lose our ability to choose. We get to choose who we are.
           Mike Mills chose to become a nations first ombudsman by eliminating all the reasons for an ability to choose.
           When you get right down to it the rats are going to keep taking our treasure until an action is taken to stop them. Why has Barack asked us to keep a vigilant eye on government? He will not repeat this advertisement. Disasters are used to implement plans, lets implement this one.
           Those who advert us from our present paradigm are advertisers. Our local station claims to be a stand for shifting our paradigm through adverting our minds away from our comfort zones, as the only way of life we know is no longer sustainable. The first definition given for advertiser is to warn. We acknowledge this fact, and then we turn off the radio as to allow ourselves to become jaded so we can slip back into our comfort zones. We turn the radio back on because Randi & Mike are so damn entertaining, and repeat this process through the day. I am an advertiser, who is seeking to shift Mikes paradigm. He is telling his patrons everyday that he has no solution, but wants one, as the New York Times is driving him batty with daily reports of our paradigm crashing. He does not understand why we even listen to him as who would intentionally want to continuously hear about a paradigm crash with no solution from within the paradigm to be found. The New York Times advertised that if our international ombudsman system were not to be implemented by our mal-legislators there would be a paradigm crash. Looks like their ominous premonition came true.
           Our station proclaims to shift our paradigm; Mike feels he is not impacting enough of his truth seekers. What to do? What would our Navy look like if all it's members were free from the threat of N.C.I.S.?            The members of this administration are commissioned by the government as plenipotentiaries to investigate the activities of Naval government agencies that infringe on the constitutional rights of all Naval members. Close but if true the agents would be chancellors. The answer to the question is that the Navy would be full of malministers corrupting the paradigm, and looking exactly like our government. So what do we do? We implement the ombudsmen system in our Navy. How long has the Navy operated with this proven model? If not for the patronian nemesis investigators of N.C.I.S. the Navy would run amuck. Ombudsmen are the republics NCIS investigators who looks in on government as to bring their approval rating from pathetic to 90 % overnight.
           My entreaty to the media is to have them use the reference points of hit ombudsman shows like N.C.I.S., the Bourne trilogy, Rising Son, and The Negotiator, like Mike did with the scrubbing bubbles type comic book heroes where stoutheart, plenipotentiary patronian nemesis agents investigate evil empires as the Jedi Knights of a time long long ago, so when this scandinavian name is used in an ad for recruits, people will know what your talking about.
           Every time an ombudsman show comes out it's a smash hit. You would think some writers would take note as they did with comic book heroes. Instead of plasticman & spiderman you have Handikappombudsmannen or Barnombudsmannen all with their unique different powers to sniff out corruption that leads them back to the instigative malministers, complete with centuries of documented stories to write about.
           What would happen if Jethro and all his resources of the NCIS team were given the commission to investigate the corruption of our government? What would be the far-reaching implications? John McCain was brought on the Jon Stewart show to demonstrate the disconnect between us and our government leaders, as hard as Stewart tried to coax him, he could not get McCain who showed his unbending nature and was fixated only on his mission from making any connection. This was a real eye opener for me. If you cannot coax a person in power to make a connection you are dealing with resistance. This is intolerable for us to put up with from our leaders. We see the solution to our cataclysm every Tuesday night on CBS. We know from watching the show that having a team of nemesis investigators brings corruption and maladministration in our Navy down to nil .The disconnect of our nation is in not seeing the connection of the solution of the show, to the connection of the solution to our catastrophe. This is all due to our paradigm that prevents us from making the connection.
           Tom Hartmann informs us every week that our government made a decision based on our middleclass becoming to strong, this being to reduce it. When governments make this decision it is up to our republic to alter our government to any degree of severity as we see fit and to provide new Guards for our future security. The shift in our paradigm is in bringing our patrons to studios so they may broadcast over our air in an attempt to shift us, so that we may make the connections.
           Who was the actor who played the part of this planets youngest ombudsman, Mark Sway?
           At age 11 with the help of an adult he wired himself prior to investigating malministers from several government agencies. Members of the justice department, FBI and District Attorneys Office. Within two minutes he had proof that several of these agents were guilty of activities that infringed on his constitutional rights. The courts ruled that the young man was to be incarcerated for taking the fifth on the stand. That very same night he machinated his own escape as to further his investigation. He could think and act simultaneously .He would listen to what others had to say but never readily believing anyone. He was told where the proverbial body was buried but was only interested in the truth. To gain the aid of a driver, he conned his legal counselor into driving him out of state. This was achieved by making her an accomplice.
           In spotting an ombudsman these are the ingenerated traits you look for. Astute tacticians, in them are always a degree of reserve that shows up as suspicion or distrust. Frequently just plain disdainful and contemptuous. He said he didn't give a shit about the FBI, spoken like a true ombudsman.
           At age 11 experience has taught him that others are easily conned, that they are far too willing to accept the official contrived view without question. He had an unconquerable nature, evading mob assassins, by thinking and acting simultaneously he was able to maneuver his killer into a refrigerator, after slamming the door locked, he flipped off his assailant. This was frowned upon by the ombudsman association, as patrons we never flip anyone off. In emergencies he was always cool, calm and decisive, strong self control, and when he did go off the rails it was because he wished to, not because he lost restraint.
           He was always friendly and helpful while plotting mercilessly. An agent had inflicted pain to Marks ear while pushing him in to a cell. For retribution Mark fined him $300 within an hour.            Those lacking in these ingenerated abilities will be cut from our Ombuds program, we will be accepting recruits between the ages of 18 and 20 who knew at the age of 11 possessed such caliber. Our forth estate is this republics way of becoming informed, that given a chance will impact policy that will turn things around. What we lost with the deaths of JFK, his brother Bobby and MLK can be regained only with this system, which was discussed before their deaths. Had it been implemented this current tragedy would never have occurred, as the investigation would have been conducted by the Ombuds commission, cultural attaches of the republic, and not the Warren Commission who were cultural attaches of the neo-cons.
           Neo-Conservatives are defined as strict fathers who believe in the unbridled use of power, including state power to extend the reign of strict father values and ideas into every domain, domestic and international.            Neo-cons are very much concerned with ideas and tend to have an intellectual strain. They sometimes run up against Libertarians who object to the use of government power. [If we do not give our consent then this would be a usurption of power.] Finally there are warrior conservatives who identify themselves as warriors on every front in the cultural war against Liberals and Progressives.
           Ombudsmen being neutral will act as Intercessor between these factions. On the whole the right wing is attempting to impose a strict father ideology on America and ultimately on the rest of the world. Although the details vary somewhat with the type of conservative, there are general tendencies, many Progressives underestimate just how radical an ideology this is. Here is an account of what the radical right seems to have in mind.
           God, many conservatives start with a view of god that makes conservatives ideology natural and good. God is all good and powerful at the head of a natural hierarchy in which morality is linked with power. God wants good people to be in charge. Virtue is to be rewarded with power. God therefore wants a hierarchical society in which there are moral authorities who should be obeyed. God makes laws, commandments defining right and wrong. One must have discipline to follow Gods commandments. God is punitive, he punishes those who do not follow his commandments and rewards those who do. Following Gods laws takes discipline. Those who are disciplined enough to be moral are disciplined enough to become prosperous and powerful. God is the original strict father. Christ as savior gives sinners a second chance to be born again and be obedient to Gods commandments this time around the moral order.
           Traditionally power relations are taken as defining a natural moral order. God above man, man above nature, adults above children, western culture above non-western culture, America above other nations. The moral order is all to often extended to men above women, whites above non-whites, Christians above non-Christians, straights above gays. Morality, preserving and extending the conservative moral systems strict father morality is the highest priority. Morality comes in the forms of rules or commandments made by a moral authority. To be moral is to be obedient to that authority. This requires internal discipline to control ones natural desires and instead follow a moral authority. Discipline is learned in childhood primarily through punishment for wrong doing. Morality can be maintained only through a system of rewards & punishment.
           Economics; competion for scarce resources also imposes discipline and hence serves morality. The discipline required to win competition and prosper. The wealthy people tend to be the good people, a natural elite. The poor tend to remain poor because they lack the discipline needed to prosper. The poor therefore deserve to be poor and serve the wealthy. The wealthy need and deserve poor people to serve them. The vast and increasing chasm between rich and poor is thus seen to be both natural and good, to the extent that markets are free they are a mechanism for the disciplined, stereotypically good people to use their discipline to accumulate wealth. Free markets are moral. If everyone pursues their own profit the profit of all will be maximized. Competition is good as it produces optional use of resources and disciplined people, and hence serves morality.
           Regulation is bad, it gets in the way of the free pursuit of profit. Wealthy people serves society by investing and giving jobs to poorer people, such a division in wealth ultimately serves the public good which is to reward the disciplined and let the undisciplined be forced to learn discipline or struggle. This is the argument that was given us by Jack Nicholson in a Few Good Men where Mr. Nicholson played the part of a neo-con to perfection. In his mind his argument is pure logic withstanding the scrutiny of everyones including that of the Judge. There is nothing that can be said to these neo-cons that won't bring about a complete belief system crash, as their belief system is crash proof. This we have all learned over dinner with our conservative family members. But our American values hold empathy for those who are the weakest amongst us.            At some point in our future a more equitable system will be introduced that will show empathy to our conservatives by not forcing them to pay for our social programs, while making it unprofitable for them to ship out union jobs held here. This will quell their warriors. To proceed.                       Government; social programs are immoral, by giving people things they haven't earned. Social programs remove the incentive to be disciplined which is necessary for both morality and prosperity. Social programs should be eliminated, anything that could be done by the private sphere should be. Government does have certain proper roles to protect the lives and the private property of Americans and to make profit seeking as easy as possible for worthy Americans, the disciplined ones, and to promote conservative morality, strict father morality and religion.                       Education; since preserving and extending conservative morality is summum bonum education should serve that goal. Schools should teach conservative values. Conservatives should gain control of school boards to guarantee this. School teachers should be strict, not nurturent in the examples they set for students and in the content they teach. Education n should therefore promote discipline and undisciplined students should face punishment, unruly students should face physical punishment, for instance paddling and intellectually undisciplined students should not be coddled but should be shamed and punished by not being promoted. Uniform testing should test the level of discipline. There are right and wrong answers and they should be tested for it. Testing defines fairness, those who pass are rewarded, those not disciplined enough to pass are punished because immoral undisciplined children can lead moral disciplined children astray.
           Parents should be able to choose to what schools they send their children, government funding should be taken from public schools and given to parents in the form of vouchers. This will help wealthy more disciplined and moral citizens send their children to private or religious schools that teach conservative values and impose appropriate discipline. The vouchers given to poorer less disciplined and less worthy people will not be sufficient to allow them to get their children into the better private and religious schools. Schools will thus come to reflect the natural divisions of wealth in society, of course students who show exceptional discipline and talent should be given scholarships to the better schools.            We ombudsmen cannot act as Intercessors if you can't debate your ideologies. Mr. Lakoff has done all the work, so just lie back and listen.            As stated earlier OMNI welcomes and approves of all moderate ideologies from recruits. Moderate investigative conservatives will primarily be given the duty to shame undisciplined immoral malministers as to give them the incentive to perform their oaths of office as intended.            Our moderate more green investigators will primarily keep tabs on our Veterans Administrations and our social programs. Do neo-cons want our Veterans to struggle? Ask any Veteran. Will this be an uphill battle? Not even, once a reference point has been established by the media with this republic, Ombudsmen will be thrust into office, not to oppose any ideology but to guard against illegal means of any group to force their ideology upon us. It will be the conservatives doing the thrusting as it was they who took the biggest bath in this current debacle, as we Joe's are too poor to have a 401 k. Once ombudsmen are defined into law the world can then begin to regain trust in our financial institutions.
           Ombudsmen only promise a world free of malministers and as in watching Jason a good time getting there. Malministers used to worry about being exposed; the paradigm has shifted in their favor to a point where they no longer care. The Swedish model impacts this non-caring attitude by empowering Investigative Journalists to a point where malmanager's start to care again.

August 1, 2008 Dear Mike Malloy
           In response to your show last night you posed the question what are we going to do? We are going to follow the instructions left us by our founding administration, which was a guide to benefit we the prodigy of a republic. Who is going to have the courage? This forms the basis for a wrong conclusion; you are starting on the premises that our government is a force that will clobber anyone who opposes them. This simply is not true. Ask Cindy Sheehan, Dennis Kusinach, or Jim Garrison to name a few patrons who stepped up to the plate in the name of protecting we the prodigy from maladministers. You don't need courage to run malministers out of office, all you need is a commission from the republic where all power emanates.
           The right question to pose is who is going to train our new guard to investigate and remove malministers from public office? Why of coarse OMNI Academy. Why don't these recruits need courage? Because all governments around the world support patrons who as ombudsmen protect their countries prodigy from malministers. Governments have even commissioned their own agents or chancellors to work in echelon with republic commissioned ombudsmen, as there are no detractors to the removing of malministers.
           Ombudsmen sit on top of all administrations, so who needs courage? Gees Mike let's get off these courses, which leads us down to the slow motion nightmares unfurling before our eyes. Mike is always posing questions to his audience. What do we do?
           Internationally ombudsmen, [attaches to the republic,] sit in on all government meetings. Like Woodward and Bernstein we investigate.            If not courage then what ingenerated abilities are needed when confronting malministers? This proven two hundred year system calls for biting sarcasm, [to tear flesh like dogs with the edge of your tongue,] to hurl invective as you cast vituperative in a bombastic session, followed up with a little castigation as to berate, reproof, rebuke, impute and impugn. For those with thick skin a stronger bane is given. This well proven rite or prescribed formula is given only by the patrons of this system, which has been drafted into a bill and submitted to our mal- legislators. It's late in the game; we have quite a mess to clean up. OMNI needs to advertise for recruits. Administrations need to find a suitable member of our fourth estate to make known or proclaim the qualities of, as by broadcasting.           
           August 11, 2008 A brief bio is that I am a Cub reporter, Ombudsman and Patron to this country. My adopted philosophy is to be informed of the issues, which brought me to your show, and to have a community in which you can express your issues to. If you have knowledge of some injustice and your outraged by it, you should get involved in a grassroots organization to protest the injustice. By becoming knowledgeable you can then commit yourself as an advocate. Before you start singing you have to know your song. Be alive alert and aware as you become enlightened while retaining your outrage. The best way to go about bringing justice is to demonstrate with others, never do it alone.            Become personally involved in a non-violent way, and do it joyfully, study in depth the words patron & encouragement, as long as your action is honest and the cause you are championing is just, you will win your freedom.            We are seen as father figures to the prodigy of our nation, like Naomi Wolf and the Jim Garrisons of our era. We act in accordance to nature as any father would to our new ones, that being the duty of a patron to guard and protect. Our guard were the deputes of the likes as                 Ed Murrow, Woodward and Bernstien. 1987 marked the end of an era of protection as our Moguls decided to remove them, there was no reporting of this fact, only a slow motion nightmare that began to unfold before our eyes.
           In the area of being a patron this explains me. I am asking the question who is the progressive media in the area of being a patron saint, (chosen, named and honored as a special guardian protector.) You advertise warning with an unnecessary solution, this being to advocate a meltdown so we can reboot our corrupt government, as any other plan would be deemed to controversial, same plan, remove the malministers but in a cataclysm there is no stigma of being in the center of a controversy. How about showing a little machismo.
           The patrons of this planet have a working model that calls for no controversy. After proving this system for two hundred years, thirty more nations including Alaska and Hawaii adopted it. It is now a trans global phenomenon with the E. U. being the last signatory nation in 2003. My ad gives the solution of an organic model found in nature, of a father guarding it's young from those who would hurt, harm or reduce them as in the Mogul conquests of old.
           O.M.N.I. administration uses this system to run government malministers out of all public offices. The United States Ombudsman Association who oversees and votes on all matters concerning any implementation of this system, and who's role is to back O.M.N.I. and all patrons who's aim is to get a republic commission, as to be defined into law. This consent of the republic is wherein the power comes to remove malministers. I need to advertise for recruits and for new USOA voting and non-voting members as to advert their attention. As a media outlet will you ask your patrons to support the USOA? If you were to promote this system as part of your show you would double your audience overnight. I have this faith in you. I promise it to be better than a meltdown.
           The USOA is a patron support association staffed with all the means to get anything accomplished but you won't find a Jason Bourne there. Professionals and lawyers yes. They are waiting for patrons who can step up to the plate with leadership abilities and a strong sense of knowing all the dimensions of being an ombudsman. (this is not a problem for those ingenerated with patronion abilities.) Someone versed in the principles and art of government, one who shows wisdom in treating or directing public matters; also those occupied with the affairs of government, influential in shaping policy.
           This is all a no brainer to any of us who listen to your shows. I have extensive training to perform all phases of setting the OMNI administration on foot as well as possessing all the ingenerated abilities of an ombudsman. Temerity is only needed when you go into an area you lack knowledge in. But we don't have the time so some courage to strike out alone on an exclusive story will be necessary.
           My only difficulty as with most is in speaking possibilities and sparking interest to strangers in the media. The better you are related the more possibilities can be spoken. I only wish I had a brother who was a producer of a national talk radio show. Using Jason Bourne as an example helps but it's not enough. This trilogy was voted #1 in Dec.2007 by our republic. I think this says something about striking a nerve.

August 22, 2008 In this letter I was trying to make sense from a query received by the shows producer. Jo;Your posed question to me produced a dilemma, as I don't know which of my letters you were referring to. All of my attempts to spark your interest leave my writings gushing with redundancy. Producer; not sure what to do with the information ? Ombudsman; Which information were you referring to? Generally what I want the media to do with most of my information is to allow your interest to be sparked. I guess the answer would be that I want you to run around the house jumping up and down. I don't know. I'm a cub reporter; I know all the protocols of dealing with the fourth estate. I have to spark your interest. Have I? If I have then I need Mike to read Ombudsman and Others by law professor Walter Gellhorn. All the information I sent you is based on this book. He only needs to read the first half to become an expert on this subject. As you become an expert,what I want you to do with the information becomes irrelevant. I want you to choose for yourself what you want to do with this information. After you make a choice depending on what it is will I be better able to answer that particular question. If you choose to promote this under used Scandinavian name into our lexicon, then I would want you to run an ad for me. If I have not sufficiently sparked your interest then I would like to continue in my endeavor. This is a path I have chosen for myself, in order to accomplish it means I have to use the media. As a cub reporter I know that I have to find a media outlet that advertises that which is conducive to what I want to accomplish. Mike is the only one who advertises that which no one else will talk about. Since no one will talk about ombudsman I have to pitch this noble system of justice to Mike.            The name ombudsman has been bastardized in this country, as of late dictionaries are now giving a second meaning for it, which is that of intercessor. Bheudh in the second meaning is pronounced bud. This was due to intercessors looking for a better bad-ass commissioned investigative name, since this system was never implemented the name was being used by no one and therefore becoming up for grabs. Most people only know ombudsman as it's second meaning, if you don't distinguish between the two meanings your patrons will assume your talking about mediators.            I sent Mike an application to join the USOA as a voting member, did he receive this? What I would like him to do with this information is become a voting member. I could use someone on the inside with Mike's caliber to advocate and champion for me. I can run the ads and train the recruits but without the boards certification my cadets won't do as well upon graduating. You will read in Gellhorns book that each state gets two ombudsmen who work in echelon as Gibbs and his supervisor in NCIS, one runs the legal department while the other operates the nemesis investigations. I Liken this adventure to that of acting talents, where they spend years waiting on tables as they audition for parts, never hearing from casting directors as they wait for someone to give them there big break It's interesting to learn how much enrollment is required when dealing in paradigms with media personnel your not related to. As long as there are malministers bent on the destruction of this country we can never give up. My investigations have proven to me and those who watch NCIS that this is the only solution to the slow motion nightmare that is unfurling before our eyes, and it's so easy to adopt, rather than going through the trials of an untested remedy.            Conservatives objective is to safeguard a homeostatic way for life to maintain. Are members of Green Peace republicans? They are part of the All Patrons Network who protect our oceans from malministers.            Patrons are not our elected officials they are our parental Plenipotentiaries given the task to guard against an arrogant government run amok. Patrons are fathers in most respects.            Our elected officials have no Patrons to guide them, and these elected children are as dumb as bunnies, looking for guidance to raise their approval ratings, but going to Patrons featured on Moyers shows falls outside their paradigm. Andrew Bacevich concurs. See Bill Moyers, where he brings on guests demonstrating that all our mainstream pundits have a history of misleading us with unsound poor judgment. These Pundits falling within the guidance to our Congress falls within our leaders paradigm very trimly. We need to replace these pundits with Tenured University Professors, or at least have a balance of pundits and patrons.            When a Patron enters politics he is driven batty by the insanity of our current political system. Just ask Mike Malloy or Gary Null. Mr. Null is neither here nor there when it comes to our two headed one party system, as he falls in our third category of Patron.            We are anxiously awaiting for Mr. Nulls oration on this site, along with addressing his participation as the recorder of the debates to come by Patrons in the new American Assembly. You will never hear a Patron speak on the issues brought by conservatives or liberals, as Patrons positions are outside the box in a third dimensional reality where intelligence is used to sway we the children to realize that our security falls outside of our current paradigm. The All Patrons Network is devoted to shift that paradigm. We the people are directed to support this network through purchasing power and calling the sponsors with delight in their products. Our personal favorite is Mike Malloy who's am signal drops off at sunset with a 6 to 9pm show. We need to support this Patron most of all through the winter with what ever support he asks for. Mike is witty and funny ,putting himself out there with these issues, of these he is genuinely sincere and professional in his journalism.
           Back in days gone by Dwight Eisenhower was named Honorary Chairman of the American Assembly. A think tank of Patrons who regularly met with our elected officials as to reason with and guide in all matters of administration. They published background books so all had the same in depth information on a subject before debating the matter. If we are to ever get out of this mess, we need to reorganize the offices of patronage.            Ombudsmen for American Government was one of the books published for this office. This office has a nemine vote by all Americans. It's high time we call for it.

           I am almost finished with making a case for advertising a controversial subject in whom there are no detractors? I know, I always thought you needed detractors for controversy. Can you please see that this entreaty gets to the proper media source? As nations adopt this system of cats and mice they discover that the results are less than hoped for. This being to do with the type of cat rather than the adopted proven plan itself. You cannot simply staff this stratagem and expect it to work as well as it performed in other nations. Nations and states adopt this system to quell detractors while preventing a mess such as ours from ever occurring. After a debacle has burst onto a nation it is crucial that our investigatory agents be screened for possessing the highest of caliber.            OMNI Academy cannot train a random group of people to become investigators as only 1 in two hundred people have the ingenerated abilities to become ombudsmen. The Ombuds program is similar to the Navy Seals Buds program where the process leaves you quickly only with the best to train. The ad placed with the media is to specifically target those who already know beyond any shadow of doubt that they possess the ingenerated profile of an investigator. [I'm listening to a national broadcast in the background with Ron Suskind and John Conyers, saying this latest scandal needs to be addressed by our fourth estate, that the media can no longer show timidity. This is the ombush forged letter debacle. This is relevant to this letter] to go on. For a reference point I urge you to rent the movie Rising Sun with Sean Connery, this shows how to listen to machinators without readily believing them, having the natural talents for unearthing hidden information, and finding out what others are doing behind the scenes. It's an instructional movie into the world of ombudsmen and will be shown to our cadets as a training exercise.
           This international system can only perform it's function to the level at which we need it to perform (as we are operating post catastrophe) by broadcasting to the nation the skills the cadets must possess before enrolling to our academy. This will immediately cause a scurry of rats to close down their operations and cover their tracks. It's in the knowing that there are highly skilled investigators with a badass name out in force searching intently like cats only for rats that makes this system work. It's a five-year commission after which we can bring our troop levels down to precatastrophe levels. To illustrate our thirty-year paradigm 60 Minutes did a report ten years ago on the trustees in charge of the open safe holding our American Native dispersement of funds owed them for what the records showed. 60 Minutes showed those records being kept in the basement under a leaky pipe. Our natives have won every court battle since then and still have not received a dime. This is a current major story.            The trustees told them that the money was used to pay down the national debt. Every time we catch these rats red handed they get away only to return. Nobody in this country can come up with a solution while the rest of the world is deploying cats. We have no army of cats of the ilk as Connery around to protect the prodigy of this nation from the insatiable desire our rats have for our treasure of cheese. It's time for a new patronian paradigm where we post sentries.

To make known or proclaim the qualities of.
           Mike is always posing questions on his show. Ralph Nader along with Public Citizen, the USOA and OMNI seem to be the only ones who can answer him to his specifications. I believe if you can run this by Mike he will agree to make known the qualities of our groups.
           I have the ability to alleviate Mike's concerns regarding this seemingly controversial ad, keeping in mind that if Mike were to attract the perfect sponsor it would be from the likes of patrons, as we embody all topics that only Mike speaks about.
           In this next letter Mike advocates for McCain saying in doing so will cause a complete meltdown allowing for us to restart our government from scratch as to make whole. He took a major hit by his own party the democrats who worked hard to promote Obama. Mike's reasoning was very persuasive causing a flood of e-mail that he read for days afterwards, as he needed to alleviate his consternation over such a calamity that followed.
           At the time I wrote this I to did not know of the raw nerve he struck as Mike uses comedy to get his message out there. Those who follow him know that the week minded democrats were not actually going to vote for McCain but he discovered he had a large audience that did not understand him. Mike could not give too much of himself away as that would impede his enigmatic winning formula needed to perform his skits where he spoofs, but somehow he managed.

Dear Mike

           On your Hiroshima show you posed the question, How is our newly elected leader going to work in homeostasis with all the agencies who are different in ideology from that of the republics, having years to infiltrate, how are you going to do it? The executive can only appoint his cabinet. Cleaning up Washington falls outside his job description. A purging meltdown instigated by the McCain presidency will have us starting our government from scratch. A virus has penetrated our system, we need to reboot through the cataclysmic meltdown only McCain can provide us in his destructive aims to our life, liberties and happiness. This was your Aug. 6th show.
           Can we purge corruption from our agencies without having the slow motion nightmare of a meltdown unfold before eyes? How are we going to do it? Every time Ralph Nader a Pater Patriae to this country is aloud to speak by our Moguls, he calls for Congressional Watchdogs! I am such a watchdog who belongs to an international fraternity of patrons of whom Ralph is promoting. My intention is to share this two hundred year proven watchdog system that Ralph drafted into a bill and submitted to our mal-legislators with you, in hopes that I may pay you to make known or proclaim the qualities of this Tran global system that squeezes the arrogance out of government.
           Malministers are very creepy and dangerous but governments around the world are not detractors to this system, in fact they have appointed chancellors to work in echelon with ombudsmen to purge all malministers from office. Ombudsmen are commissioned by republics to investigate activities of government agencies that infringe on our rights to life, liberty and happiness. Governments do this gladly to prevent a mess such as ours from ever happening. There are currently forty signatory nations to this system. There are stratagems to avoid the dangers these creepy malministers use in a dastardly attempt to hold their offices and ideology. For everyone's safety I assure you that the ombudsman system contains these measures and will be employing these tactics.
           This republic has the illusion that they are voting for a leader who can clean up maladministration, they get angry when you take away their illusions but the executive indeed falls outside the job description as a depute or agency investigator. The word deputes literally means to cleanse. The president is not in any way a depute. Our republic likes to vote in malministers as in having a father / son presidency, how cool, let's vote for George Bush so our future historians can look back to see how cool we were.
           In the ombudsman system the prodigy of a nation is aloud to pick candidates for the most stupid of choices or to fall for the most obvious of beguilements, as malministers will come under our scrutiny. We are an oversight administration unlike any as ombudsmen are attache's to the republic with their consent of power, commissioning us as plenipotentiaries with a 007 badge of honor. Ombudsmen sit on top of all administrations, employed for two hundred years, never having a detractor.
           This is how we are going to do it. This is how Alaska and Hawaii have been doing it as signatory states. Have these states lost trillions as our forty-eight have? Let's get the other forty-eight signed up as a way to express our high regard and esteem for our nations highest held patron Ralph Nader who has been calling for this forever, a Nemesis Newspaper system of Patron Chief Editors controlling Patronian Investigative Journalists who investigate activities of our civil servants whom infringe on our rights, as to have these servants function as intended.
           Without this system we have what is so of itself. A slow motion nightmare. Are we so isolated that we can't ask the rest of the world how they deal with maladministration? My posed question to Mike.                                 Jason Bourne is a good example of an ombudsman depute, my ad will call for these recruits to attend our academy as to have them ready upon their commission. Before advocating for McCain let's give this system a try, but out of the hands of our Moguls. This system will remain in the hands of our republic.
           Our two hundred year experiment came with a game move with game pieces that have not even been mentioned. I think it's high time you gave us a little exposure before proclaiming the experiment is over, for we are the new guard and we have no detractors. Our new guard system is two hundred years old; we are now all over this planet. Defined as Commissioned public plenipotentiaries who investigate activities of government agencies that infringe upon our constitutional rights. We sit on top of all administration, so when we tell a malminister to vacate his office he has to obey, but not before he is given a chance to repent his atrocities to the citizenry.
           Through the coarse of time we discovered the Achilles heel of most malministers, this being sarcasm, we tear into their flesh like dogs rending them asunder with the edge of our tongue. Being commissioned by the republic to the fourth estate under the offices of patronage allows only our administration this privilege. For the few who show thick skin we resort to stronger banes.
           As father figures, actions toward our bad sons is the same as all fathers everywhere. Our agenda is to reduce extreme punishment where we can. The small distinction between journalists and ombudsmen is that we are not entertainers, unless you find a good dressing-down entertaining.
           Omni is short for the acronym Ombudsmen are Mandated.             N. E. M. E. S. I. S. type Investigators of Government Malministered Administrations. Omni means all administrations. Omnigma means we find nothing baffling about all malministers. Once the moguls began to collude with our bad sons in the mid eighties, it was only a matter of time. We are the present patrons of this country and we are adopting this proven system to play out our last move as we were told by our founding administration. This is what we have to do before we call it quits as instructed by our founding government. You know we have to do as they say! Some G. O. P. senator keeps reminding us. So we have to do what our founding administration told us to do which is to bring in the new guards for our future security, this being Investigative Journalists on steroids.
           The experiment goes forth until our administration says no, that we have no rights to implement our Declaration of Independence instruction book. This will be marked a time when our experiment is over. To our fourth estate patrons; it is a form of insanity to continually complain about the skullduggery of our government without doing anything about it. You need to step up to the plate and begin reporting this solution to our electorate, It's a fascinating subject for your patrons. Our trust now lies with you. We institute anew or we beg our servants to be merciful upon us. In the meantime have your truth seekers investigate Ombudsmen and others by law professor Walter Gellhorn, and Ombudsmen for American Government published for the American Assembly both at your public libraries.
